Protecting Yourself and Others

Only ride on public roads with a posted speed limit of 50 km/h or less and avoid busy streets

Do not ride on sidewalks, bike paths, parks, or pedestrian streets

Do not start the scooter until you are properly seated and ready to ride

Do not ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Since these scooters are usually slower than traffic, stick to the right of traffic, as you would with a regular bike
